English type roving tools for clenching copper nails come in two types.

Combination, dinghy dolly, and rove punch.
For single handed operation on small boats, where you can reach to hold the dolly and hit the nail or the rove at the same time. The rove punch has a 3/16" (4.5mm) hole to take up to No 8 gauge nails.
